long before slim + pacific salon, there was slim — an la-raised babe who’s been skating the venice boardwalk since she was 15. in 2022, she put down roots on pacific ave. and made it official.
after more than a decade working alongside some of the industry’s top colorists, building experience behind the chair, and helping shape education for brands including olaplex, slim set out to create a salon that felt a little different. beautifully considered, never overdone. a place where individuality is celebrated, creativity is part of the culture, and really good hair is the standard.
tucked into the heart of venice on brooks + pacific, one block from the beach and one block from abbot kinney, slim + pacific is a high-end full-service hair boutique with a distinctly westside point of view. sunny, groovy, beautifully designed, and intentionally intimate, the space brings serious craft together with the kind of energy that makes you feel at home.
the team is made up of artists who each bring their own specialty, eye, and personality to the chair — from lived-in color and precision cuts to extensions, styling, treatments + everything in between. the approach is personal, thoughtful and technically dialed, with a focus on healthy hair and effortless results. slim + pacific is more than a salon — it’s a vibe, where clients leave feeling like the main character and stylists grow into their fullest potential.

slim + pacific salon owner | stylist
Slim is an LA-raised colorist, educator + salon owner with a thing for dimensional color, healthy hair and making people feel really good in the chair. She’s just as passionate about teaching, having led color classes around the world and shared her signature color technique with hairdressers across Australia, Dubai, Canada and the U.S.
Her career began with training at Paul Mitchell, followed by working alongside renowned colorists Negin Zand and Tracey Cunningham. As Vice President of Education at Olaplex, she helped grow the brand and educate stylists worldwide before returning behind the chair at Ramirez Tran. In 2022, she opened slim + pacific in Venice, bringing that experience into a space of her own.
Behind the chair, Slim’s clientele includes celebrities and actors who trust her with their signature looks. Her work reaches from the cover of Vogue to the big screen and prestige television, with credits including Mortal Kombat 1 + 2, Tall Girl 2, 99ers and the Prime Video Limited Series Expats.

amanda is a hair color, cut, and styling artist with over 15 years of experience. a philadelphia native and venice local, she specializes in lived-in color, seamless layers, balayage, and effortless bridal styling.
amanda previously owned a salon in pennsylvania for six years, founded anthology, a boutique bridal styling business, and worked as a color educator for kevin murphy. her approach is collaborative and detail-driven, creating polished, natural looks tailored to each client.
when she’s not in the salon, you’ll find amanda at the beach with her english bulldog, harley, or traveling and exploring somewhere new!

eva is a los angeles-based hairstylist with over a decade of experience in european and american salons. originally from vilnius, she brings a mix of european technique and a modern la approach to her work.
she specializes in sun-kissed color and precision cuts, with a focus on personalized, low-maintenance looks and non-toxic products.
outside the salon, evelina enjoys ashtanga yoga, long-distance cycling, and traveling.

originally from los angeles, lucas is a seasoned hairstylist specializing in dimensional, effortless lived-in color, from blondes and brunettes to vibrant reds.
with experience working alongside top celebrity colorists in beverly hills and bicoastal experience in los angeles, new york city, and tulum, lucas brings a refined eye and attention to detail to every appointment.
he also specializes in keratin treatments, keratin extensions, and tape-in extensions, creating seamless, natural-looking results tailored to each client.
his goal is simple: beautiful, personalized hair that makes you feel your absolute best.

Malcolm Logan is a Southern California native and longtime Los Angeles resident with a decade of experience in hairdressing. He trained at the Aveda Institute in Los Angeles, where he apprenticed under lead stylist Benjamin Mohapi before graduating. He went on to apprentice under Neil Weisberg of Meche Salon, deepening his craft even further.
From there, Malcolm followed his passion into the world of film and television, spending six years on set training under some of the fashion industry's most respected hairdressers. That work took him across the country and abroad, giving him a wide range of techniques and skills picked up along the way.
Now based back in LA, Malcolm specializes in women's cutting and styling, with a signature touch for soft, natural, lived-in hair. Outside the salon, he's an avid outdoorsman with a love for hiking California's canyons.

sal is a los angeles native and hairstylist who loves creating hair that feels effortless, polished, and uniquely you. after training at aveda institute los angeles, sal refined his craft at planet salon and meche salon, continuing to build his eye for precision and detail.
with advanced training from vidal sassoon, menspire, and collectiv academy, sal specializes in precision cuts, blowouts, modern updos, men’s grooming, and keratin treatments. his goal is simple: to create hair that looks and feels amazing. sal is proud to now call slim & pacific salon his venice home.
